Trinity Church Art & Architecture Tour
Trinity Church in Boston’s Copley Square is a famous masterpiece of American architecture. Dedicated in 1877, Trinity continues to be heralded today as a celebrated example of "Richardsonian Romanesque" design. Our group tour will involve sitting in the pews as a historian from the Art & Architecture Programs at Trinity illuminates the details of the church, including the famous stained glass windows by LaFarge and the stunning hand-painted murals by the world’s master craftsmen. Getting in from the bus to the church is the only walking required. Participant will enjoy a box lunch in our Windsor Pub upon return to the campus at 1:00pm.
The $15 fee includes the tour and box lunch. The bus will depart Windsor Place of Wilmington. For more information and advanced reservation details, please contact Maryann Barry at (978) 988-2300.
