Windsor Place of Wilmington Honored at Grand Opening by State Senator Bruce Tarr

Dennis Sargent, executive director of Windsor Place of Wilmington, was presented with a Massachusetts State Senate Citation by State Senator Bruce Tarr to commemorate the new assisted living community's Grand Opening Event on November 4.
